District Manager/Lead Executive Mid-Carolinas What drives your vision? My vision is fueled by the change I see occurring in the organization. Positive changes create energy and enthusiasm which drives creativity and non traditional thinking. We have to envision where we want to be as a service provider, and manage change to ensure we reach that target while controlling cost. It is a very exciting time to be a part of the greatest service provider in the world. How do you see the company reorganizing? I see the postal service becoming more technical and data driven in all operational functions. Carriers, clerks, mail handlers, drivers, managers, we will ALL have more data, which will allow us to become more efficient, more productive and leaner at every level. I foresee less layers in the organization and more employee empowerment and accountability through the use of technology. What do employees need to do to be successful? Employees must stay engaged in change and information, and eagerly anticipate how we can do a better job for our customers. |
