MANAGER, IN-PLANT SUPPORT
EDWARD STELMACH
Ed Stelmach has been the MIPS at the Charlotte P&DC since 2007. He is currently detailed as the Mid-Carolinas Network Optimization coordinator. Ed started his career in Buffalo in 1980 as a LSM clerk. Some of his previous positions include: Manager In-Plant Support, Pittsburgh P&DC; Senior Operation Support Specialist, Eastern Area; Plant Manager, Central Mass P&DC and Manager, Distribution Operations at the Buffalo P&DC.
Ed was the lead plant coordinator when IOP was piloted at the Rochester P&DC. Ed was also instrumental in the development and roll out of Production Planning and Control in the Eastern Area. Ed is married with four children and eight grandchildren.
