EAP CONSULTANT
LAURIE ROSSER
Laurie Rosser began working as the EAP Clinician in 2007. In 2009, she became the EAP District Consultant for the Mid-Carolinas District. Her responsibilities include providing EAP counseling to District employees and their families, providing consultation and coaching to Postal Managers and Supervisors and responding to Critical Incidents throughout the District. In addition, Ms. Rosser provides standup talks and materials to stations and facilities and participates as a member of the District Advisory Committee.
Ms. Rosser attended the College of William and Mary and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Ms. Rosser completed her Master of Social Work degree at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Rosser became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1997. Prior to working for Magellan Health Services in the EAP program, Ms. Rosser was the Regional Director of Family Preservation Services in Northern Virginia. Ms. Rosser has extensive experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and children. Areas of expertise include PTSD, depression, stress management, anxiety, and family counseling.
