Handling Difficult Situations/Conflict Resolution: This workshop will help you develop an appreciation of the dynamic relationship between conflict analysis and resolution as well as give you insight on how to increase critical thinking abilities. You will explore specific practices and techniques practices as they build upon conflict analysis and move conflict toward resolution.
