EAP CONSULTANT
CARTER GILLESPIE
Carter Gillespie has served the USPS EAP since 1993, when a new contracted program began. Currently District Consultant for Greensboro District, Carter has also served as Area Supervisor for Southeast Area of the USPS EAP.
Carter holds a BA degree in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Ministry from Union Theological Seminary in Virginia. After training in Clinical Pastoral Education, Carter worked in the substance abuse counseling field and was coordinator for Employee Assistance Consultants of Guilford County.
