MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS
CRYSTAL HUTCHINS-JONES
Crystal LaShawn Hutchins-Jones is a Tour 1, Manager, and Distributions Operations at the Charlotte Processing & Distribution Center. She is a graduate of the Associate Supervisor’s Program and was recognized in the Mid-Carolinas District with the highest level of recognition by receiving the Horizon Award in 2010.
Ms. Hutchins-Jones developed the Automation Training SOP which documented all required training of the current and newly assigned employees thereby holding them to the highest level of accountability... In addition, she offered valuable information the nationally recognized DPS SOP Lean Six Sigma project about the procedures pertaining to the DPS workflow preparation, first pass operations, pull down, second pass operations, pull down, transport to the staging areas and transport to the loading docks.
She is a committed National Associate of Postal Supervisor member of Branch #183 and holds the position of Vice-President, Plant (Logistics & Distribution Center). Crystal transferred to Charlotte from Atlanta, Georgia where she has served as an Associate Supervisor Facilitator; Program Evaluation Guide (PEG) Coordinator and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Instructor. Most recently, she was selected to serve as a member of the Charlotte Combined Federal Campaign Board of Directors. She resides in Gastonia, North Carolina with her husband John J. Jones and sons Christopher and Cecil.
