A/SENIOR PLANT MANAGER
FRANK VEAL
Frank joined the USPS in 1998 as a PTF Clerk after serving seven years in the U.S. Army. He was promoted to Supervisor, Distribution Operations in 2001 and supervised mail processing operations at both the Dulles P&DC and the Randolph Drive Annex. Frank was then promoted to Manager, Distribution Operations in 2005 at the Merrifield P&DC for Tour 3 operations and became the Plant Manager of the Sterling L&DC in 2006.
Frank also served as the acting Manager for the NOVA In-Plant Support office as well as the Project Coordinator for the closure of the Sterling L&DC and the move of the CFS and PARS operations from the Dulles P&DC to the Merrifield P&DC. On February 11, 2011, Frank became the Dulles P&DC Plant Manager. Currently, he is enrolled in the Advanced Leadership Program and has been detailed to the Greater South Carolina District as the Senior Plant Manager since October, 2011. Frank is also a graduate of the ASP and PDM programs.
