COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAMS SPECIALIST

MONICA COACHMAN ROBBS
Monica Coachman Robbs began her postal career as a Data Conversion Operator at the Fayetteville Remote Encoding Center (REC) in 1995. Shortly after her selection in 1998 as Supervisor, Remote Encoding Operations, Robbs accepted a detail as the facility’s Tour 3 Operations Manager. Robbs went on to serve an extended detail assignment as the site’s Industrial Engineer before the facility closed in 2006. Robbs moved to the Fayetteville Post Office, serving as the Customer Relations Coordinator until her selection as the District Communications Coordinator in July 2008. She was selected for her current position in August 2011, and handles media inquiries and communications for the Mid-Carolinas and Greensboro Districts.
A native of Fayetteville, Robbs attended North Carolina State University and Fayetteville State University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in English Language and Literature.
